Rooted is a trauma-informed wellness and empowerment experience designed to help middle and high school students build emotional resilience, strengthen self-awareness, and grow into their most grounded, purposeful selves.
Why Rooted?
Today's students are facing more pressure than ever. Rooted offers a restorative pause—an opportunity for young people to feel seen, supported, and empowered from the inside out.
Through creative expression, body-based practices, and intentional reflection, Rooted equips students with life-changing tools for emotional wellness, self-trust, and growth that lasts.

What We Offer
Rooted experiences are adaptable for schools, nonprofits, and youth organizations. Whether you need a full-day event or ongoing support, we’ve got you covered.
One-Day Immersive
A 4–6 hour wellness event ideal for mental health days, youth summits, or special programming. Students experience Opening/Closing Circles, our signature workshop, and creative wellness stations.
8-Week Series
A deep journey into emotional literacy, self-awareness, and personal empowerment. Weekly themes guide students through creative projects, grounding practices, and reflective dialogue.
Extended Workshop
A 1.5–2 hour high-impact session for advisories, enrichment, or targeted small groups. Students reset through mindfulness, movement, and creative self-care.
