This circle includes but is not limited to

an offering of plant medicine, rapeh,

a grounding meditation and breathwork,

a sound bath of healing instruments

and an open discussion.

Rapeh is a combination of varies herbs and Tabacco that not only grounds you but also,

aligns your chakra,

allows you to release emotional tension,

clears your sinus cavity and

overall allows you to go within and that's where the healing begins.
