Join Albert, Kofi and myself for Toma de Tierra
Saturday April 29th at 11am to 2pm
Toma de Tierra is a grounding healing circle where we offer plant medicine, Rapeh, and work through various healing techniques to get grounded, centered, and clear.
This circle includes but is not limited to
an offering of plant medicine, rapeh,
a grounding meditation and breathwork,
a sound bath of healing instruments by Kofi
mindful movements,
and an open discussion.
Rapeh is a combination of various herbs and Tabacco that not only grounds you but also,
aligns your chakra,
allows you to release emotional tension,
clears your sinus cavity and
overall allows you to go within and that's where the healing begins.
