Toma de Tierra

Toma de Tierra is a grounding healing circle. We cultivate a safe and sacred space for us to get grounded and all assist one another.

This is a gathering for the soul to heal through meditation, breathwork, Rapéh and sound vibrations. We will be holding space and having an open discussion while working with healing tools to assist you on your journey.

Rapeh is a indigenous plant medicine made from various herbs and tobacco.
