Flow in Harmony Community Healing Circle

The time is now to come together, the divine masculine and the divine feminine to Flow in Harmony. This gathering is for anyone who feels, heals, and grows.

During this gathering we will dive into collective healing tools to create peace within ourselves, maybe release, surrender and stand in your truth. Each gathering will be different and unique in its unfolding and flow. Come with an open heart and an open mind to flow with tools such as visualization, meditation, journaling, mindful movements, sound healing, creating and more.

What to bring:

- Mat or pillow to sit on

- Mug for tea

- Journal and pen

- Dress comfortable

- An open heart and mind
